Well, more information will come shortly, but here is a preview. I grew up in Red Bluff, CA and graduated high school there in 1999. I immediately started working for the California Department of Forestry and enrolled in Shasta College the following semester.
However, my study habits were certainly not my priority at that point in my life. To make a long story short, I eventually dropped out of college in 2003 to spend more time snowboarding. I began snowboarding in 1993, and it has been a major defining factor in my life ever since. I raced in high school and placed 4th Place at the State Championships. After I graduated I accepted a snowboard coaching position and was hoping to use that opportunity to launch me into a career as a snowboard racer. My ultimate goal was to race in the Olympics.

Well, that goal fizzled for reasons that I will explain later and I ended up moving up to Spokane, Washington. I lived there with my current wife for a couple of years before I realized that I truly wanted to be in school. I moved back to Redding, CA and re-enrolled at Shasta College. After I finished up, I moved to Sacramento, California to attend CSUS. I actually chose physics as my original major, but I eventually fell into a major that I feel suits me much better: Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Now, I have about two years left and I live with my wife here in Sacramento. I snowboard as much as I can, and I even work for Sierra Snowboard and Ski. Check out our shop website for fun or great snowboard deals. More details will soon follow, but I just wanted to get something up just in case somebody landed here.
