Global Warming

Global Warming is something everybody on this earth should be worried about and should be doing something about. My website is addressing this issue through the power of the internet and getting the message across to all the internet users who want to know more about Global Warming.

Greenhouse Effect

What is Global Warming?

Global warming is the increase in the average temperature of the Earth's near-surface air and oceans since the mid-twentieth century and its projected continuation. As the average temprature increases the sea-level also rises which can cause a huge shift in the climate patterns.

How is it caused?

Global warming is caused by several causes such as pollution from factories, carbon dioxide from rotting trees, the burning of coal, natural gasses and fossil fuels lead to methane travelling into the Earth's atmosphere any transportation vehicles, water vapor, and many other little things, which contribute to make global warming even worse. The greenhouse effect explain in detail. http://www.lenntech.com/The-greenhouse-effect.htm

How can we help reduce global warming?

We can help reduce the contribution by doing less of the those things listed above, try to recycle as much as a possible. We should be cutting down less trees and planting more, reduce the burning of coal, as well as gas. So we can turn the graph back to normal.
As an individual, a simple way to help cut down global warming is to recycle. Recycling goods like glass, plastic and aluminum uses less electricity than if these materials were to be made brand new.
Other things you could do to reduce global warming is to walk more often or if it is a long trip take the train or the bus. We could install solar hot water systems for hot water supply and turn off electrical appliances when not in use.
