Hello, my name is Lydia Thames.  Welcome to my webpage!  I am currently completing my Junior year at California State University, Sacramento.  I attend college part-time, because I work full time at Sacramento Regional Transit.  I transferred two years ago from Sacramento City College with an Associate of Arts Degree in Business.  I hope to graduate from CSUS in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.

I've lived in Rancho Cordova, CA, in the same house, all of my life.  I was a member of a local gymnastics team until age 13, then I decided to play team sports such as volleyball and track when I was in junior high school.   I moved on and attended Cordova High School (home of the Lancers) and graduated in 1996.

Besides attending college part-time and working full-time, I work with a Tax Attorney and former IRS Agent. We like to educate our clients about their tax burden, and how they can legitimately decrease their tax liability.  I decided to prepare taxes on a part-time basis because I like to help people, and learning about taxes helped me to file my own taxes correctly.

We also educate clients on the benefits of acquiring a home-based business.  It is best to take a hobby or something you enjoy doing, and turn it into a profit making venture.  If a person is unsure of what type of business to pursue, then network marketing companies are the perfect businesses to start.  These companies help people to develop the skills necessary to eventually create a successful business of their own.
