A guide to having a balanced and healthy lifestyle
The problem that I have been noticing
is that most people that I know simply do not have healthy lifestyles. So my three objectives for the problem of
unhealthy lifestyles are to enhance the three main areas of a persons life. I
will explain how to be physically healthy that involves eating right, exercising,
and sleep patterns. The second objective will be to learn how to be mentally healthy,
which includes relaxation, fun, goals and organization. The last objective is a
healthy emotional state. This area explains the good of having family and
friends around, taking trips, romance and being social.
Physical-Being physically healthy
will make your body strong enough to support a long lived life
Working out- Keeping your body fit
and in shape, having weekly routines will allow the body to maintain physical
strength
Proper Eating Habits-Eat good foods,
on a regular basis gets the body use to healthy nutrients and food groups
Sleeping patterns-Get a good nights
rest, approximately 8 hours a night to allow the body to re-energize
Sports-Team sports are another good
work out that would allow for better physical strength

Mental-Having a mentally balanced
mind set will allow you to be able to retain and contain lifes challenges
Relaxation-Relaxing for some part of
the day will clear the mind
Fun-Leisurely engaging in something
that promotes happiness and peace of mind
Anti-Procrastination-Keeping up on
all task that need to be done, with time to spare
Organized-Being tidy with paper work,
laundry and house cleanliness
Goals-Have aspirations and personal
achievements to strive towards will allow for personal growth

Emotional- Having an emotionally
stable state of mind/body will enable you to be well rounded
Family-Be involved and apart of
family gatherings and involvements
Friends-Have good, close friends to
lean on and promote positive energy
Romance-Have an open mind of good
relationships that are loving and warm
Trips/Adventures (Leisure Time)-Take
time to explore, go on trips and experience new places
Socialize-Be very open to any and all
friendships and friendly environments
