Mission:
To reshape people who are unconscious about their eating habits and motivate them to step up and shape up to live a healthy lifestyle.

 


In a recent research 31% of the United States population is living with obesity. If this trend continues, it is predicted that at least 1/3 of the adults will be obese by 2020.  My website is designed for those people who struggle with their weight, and believe that change is not possible. I have being a victim of obesity and I want to make a change for people who have a negative attitude towards weight loss and healthy living. Living a healthy life does make a difference because you will have a long life to live and at the same time you will feel outstanding about yourself and the way you look. I have opened up and challenged myself to make my life better and I want those thousands of obese people to join me on this quest to weight loss. My website will provide you with motivational weight loss guide, which includes four easy steps to success.

1) Pay attention to everything you eat, fresh veggies, lean meat, and foods lower in fat and higher in fiber are the basis of our nutrition guide.  

 2) Portion Control, don’t eat until you’re full, and eat until you’re not hungry.

3) Hydrate yourself; your body needs approximately 70% water. Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day.

4) Exercise. Add a little activity to your lifestyle. And I also include web links for them to go can learn more about weight loss programs and healthy living.

 

My objectives for designing this project is

  1. That people should stand up for themselves and avoid being lazy so that do not damage their health with eating foods with plenty of saturated fats.
  2. Makeover their body and make these people realize that they have the power to change their body. No one wants to die by having a heart attack.
  3. Many people tend to give up when they start excursing because they feel like it is a torture  but my four step guide is motivational and will make these obese individuals to step up and shape up and I guarantee they will feel really superb about themselves
  4. I will also encourage people to create short term goals and long term goals which will help them chart the necessary steps they must take in their journey toward weight loss. In order to arrive at your destination, you have a map to get there. Long term goals will make them see that there is so much to healthy living- confident self image.
