Problem #1: Printing

PROBLEM

One of the most consistently frustrating problem for me is printing. Printing occurs face up, in order from first to last page with first page at the bottom of the pile and last page on top of the pile. The result is a lot of wasted time rearranging the pages.

PLAN

The plan is to set the printer prior to printing. First, go to file and click on print.

In the print screen, click Options.

In the Options screen, under the header Printing options, click on Reverse print order.

ROAD BLOCK

It's easy to forget to set up the printing option. Additionally, it works differently for Adobe Reader documents, which is printed last page first, resulting with the first page on top.

RESULT

If the print option is set correctly, no time is wasted on rearranging the pages in order.
