Welcome to my personal page about yoga. There are many different types of yoga, but all forms of yoga have been proven beneficial to our health. I enjoy doing yoga and I hope this encourages you to at least try it. There are many other good things yoga provides besides just being good for you so read on and find out some of the reasons why I think Yoga is GREAT!

Reasons that everyone should do Yoga:


1. You can do yoga with a friend

2. It's good for your heart

3. You can meet new friends

4. It can get your body into positions you never thought it'd be able to do

5. Anybody can do it

6. And most importantly: YOGA is FUN!
