Our facility isn't just about relaxing, it's about helping you feel good throughout your entire pregnancy. A part of that is assuring that you have opportunities to maintain your fitness . Prenatal exercise is just as important as keeping a healthy diet. Whether you are an early riser, late sleeper, or maybe you just don't get going until the end of the day, we have classes available to fit most schedules.
