Picture Day:

Field Trip:

The Kindergarten and First Grade teams are looking into setting up a field trip to a local farm to provide student an opportunity to learn about the responsibilities of up keeping a farm and all of the animals in it. More information about where and when will be provided as the team continues to meet.

MCj04315850000[1] Task completion activities. Engage in various activities that include your child following the visual schedule set up at home. Target your student staring and completing a single activity or a few activities consecutively. This will help your child keep his/her routine of doing “work.”

MCj04315850000[1] Turn a family outing into a Language rich experience by labeling objects in the environment. You can do this by talking about what you are doing, using specific verbs, adjectives, and nouns. Talking to your child will expose him/her to new vocabulary and opportunities to practice language. This can also make for a memorable experience!!!
