I have been an avid internet surfer since 1995 and I have had the pleasant experience to view some very interesting and well designed web sites. On the other hand I have also had the unfortunate experience of viewing pages that were poorly laid out, had to many graphic images or was just to busy and hard to look at.

With that in mind I wanted to create a web site that was simple yet elegant.  Not too many pictures or buttons to click on.  Not a lot of text that would bore the reader and have them leave our web page to soon.  Not to many navigation buttons either.  I have seen web pages that you have to scroll down just to see what other buttons are there.  To me that is a web page that will loose the viewer really fast.

Most users today have a reasonably fast internet connection and that has to be taken into account when thinking how you will design your web page and the content you wish to include.

Taking all the above information into account I think we can get our web page up with only 1 or 2 revisions and those would be minor.  Things like background and text color or font size.
