Obesity in the
United States is a real problem that continues to arise, it is a common and
serious diseases that can put many people at serious health risks. Obesity
can increase the risk of heart attack, Diabetes, hospitalization and serve
illness. In the midst of a pandemic, obesity rate increase
even higher leaving the United States as one of the countries with the
highest obesity rates. Luckily, there are many options in which people are
able to work and make an effort to stay in shape. Staying activate, eating
healthy and making good life choice can do a long way and can help people
lose weight. There are many problems in America today and we can remove one
from the list by help cutting obesity rates in America. |
Causes Prevention and Risk Factors
Whether you’re at
risk of obesity or currently overweight you can take the proper steps to
prevent unhealthy weight gain which could lead to serious health problems.
The steps to prevent weight gain are the same steps to lose weight. Your health
is very serious and should not be taken for granted. ·
Exercise Daily: Studies show that working out
at least three times a week can increase for a fast metabolism, burn more
calories and help with weight loss. ·
Reduce Daily Stress: Stress can quickly affect
your mind and cause eating patterns which can lead to high calorie foods. Reducing
daily stress will minimize the urges to eat high foods. ·
Participate in aerobic activity: By
participating in aerobic activity at least 150 minutes a week will help
eliminate lose weight. · Eat more fruits & vegetables: It is high recommended to eat fruits and vegetables at least 5 servings a day will help not only live a health live but reduce the risk of overeating. Eat plenty of dietary fiber: Eating dietary Fiber also plays a role in weight maintenance ·

Consume Less Sugar: Sugary foods is the enemy
and is processed in ultra-processed foods which lead to a higher risk of

sure you have a plan with healthy lunches and dinners you can have ready for
the week. This will help avoid temptations for unhealthy food. ·
