in their adult life? Many people and children do not realize the side
effects of their unhealthy lifestyle habits. By consuming high calorie foods
that contain amounts of fat and sugar, the energy that is not burned off
will store as fat in the body and can overall lead to obesity. Therefore,
exercise and physical activity can help create a healthy lifestyle and can
help prevent child and early adult mortality. |

How can we inspire to create a better and healthier community for children?
By providing schools with healthier lunch options, children will become more exposed to better food choices. Schools can also proivde standing desks for their students to help reduce sedentary activity. Along with a gym and equipment for children to use in schools, they will become more motivated to exercise.
