Summary of the report

In the database, we have some entries that an HR manager would look at. We have job applicants and people who accepted the job position. We have people who actually worked and people who quit. We have a summary of what we found in the prior parts and some entries on what our company can do better. Finally, we have a staff retention part where we discuss what we as a company can do to keep and maintain our new hires and current staff.
