Student Virtual Speed Dating Event
As we all know, the pandemic has drastically decreased student’s social interactions which is negatively affecting their mental health. Let’s combat the pandemic isolation together! Take off those sweat pants, grab your favorite cocktail, and get ready to have some fun!	Saturday, April 17, 2021 7:00 PM on		Sacramento State University will be hosting a virtual speed dating event for all students! Steps to Get Started: Register by 6 p.m. so that you can receive a link to join the zoom meeting Ø Create a zoom account at www.zoom.us Ø Download the Zoom app to your computer or smartphone Ø After registering, you will receive a link to join the meeting by 7pm
During the Event: Ø Choose a quiet area Ø Use headphones Ø Dress to impress Ø Grab your favorite drink Ø Mute yourself when you’re not speaking Ø Have fun!		Program: Ø Large group discussion and logistics of the event Ø Individual speed dates Ø 3–5-minute dates with at least 10 different people Ø Open Q&A discussion with everyone Ø End of event
