California Homeless solution

The Mission

According to calmatters.org,  there are over 150,000 California residents that are living on the streets today. In order to alleviate this crisis and to improve public health, we have a solution. Our mission is to create shelters modeled as mini cities using repurposed cargo containers, as seen to the right.  The idea came to me from my experience overseas while in the Marine Corps. Some living spaces in Afghanistan were cargo containers fitted out to be sleeping areas. These cargo containers were actually considered “luxurious” to us.

These containers are low cost solutions that provide safe shelter for those in need, click here to check out some prices. The versatility and utility of these containers make them optimal for quick deployment and transport. This housing will be temporary and will incorporate a rehabilitation program to prepare those who are homeless to re-enter the workforce as stable and contributing citizens of society. Through these efforts, we believe we can help alleviate the homeless problem in California.
