  • Communication For Current Students

    Asking questions during live class is the fastest and most efficient way to communicate. Outside of class, the best way to communicate is through Discord and Canvas. For private matters, you can come to office hours or email me at fitzgerald@csus.edu.

For announcements and updates about data science on the CSUS campus and greater Sacramento area, please subscribe to our mailing list by sending an email to DATASCIENCE-L@listserv.csus.edu with the following text in the message body:

subscribe DATASCIENCE-L firstname lastname

Alternatively, visit listserv.csus.edu and sign up for DATASCIENCE-L using the web form. You do not need to have a CSUS email address to subscribe, and I suggest that graduating seniors and alumni use a permanent email address.

If you’re an alumni of one of my courses and you’re using what you learned from the course, then I would be especially glad to hear your story so that I can share with current classes. Forgive me if I don’t engage much publicly on social media; my time is limited, and it goes to my family and students first.
