Food Insecurity

With a food shortage this causes inflation on foods, will result in unhealthy eating habits, and increased food insecurity for many as well as those who are already food insecure. The community growers will be paid, prioritizing food insecure/low income families as they need it the most, and can help spark an interest in doing this on their own or their children becoming interested in agriculture in their future. The internet is a good medium outlet so that the community are all involved in real time rather than community meetings in person that would only happen a few times a week at most. This could also help share the idea with other communities globally. Provide photos, videos, tutorial/instructions of how to plant, grow, take care of produce, and harvest.

Our Mission

The mission is to help our community in learning, growing, and feeding those who are food insecure. We want to provide fresh produce at no cost to those in the community, provide jobs and community engagement, as well as expand to more

communities to lower food insecurity.

Our Story

We looked into many communities and decided on one we liked best for the best helpful outcome. We then purchased materials to start building our produce plots and started growing produce. We then harvested and shared produce with the community at no cost but the incentive for them to join and grow with us so that they may learn and grow on their own if possible. We hope to expand in the near future and with your help as well as our sponsors we know we can do it!
