Smoking is like a slow death. It leads people to develop health
problems like heart disease, stroke, emphysema, and many types of
cancer including lung, stomach, and bladder cancer. Many of these
diseases limit a person's ability to be normally active and be fatal. |

1.
Smoking damages, one’s entire cardiovascular system.
For instance, Nicotine causes blood vessels to tighten, which restricts the
flow of blood. Over time, the ongoing narrowing, along with damage to the
blood vessels, causes peripheral artery disease. |
2. Smoking turns one’s pearly white teeth into yellow or
brown teeth. In addition, it causes bones to become
weak and brittle. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â |

3.
Smoking can
inflame and irritate the lungs. It destroys the lung tissues which decreases
the number of air spaces and blood vessels in the lungs resulting in less
oxygen to critical parts of the body. |
4.
Smoking can also cause fertility problems and impact
sexual health in both men and women. The chemicals in cigarettes damage eggs
and sperm. Men who smoke have problem getting and keeping erections. |
