Text Box:  Text Box: Studies have shown that those with depression who take regular cold baths had a significant improvement in their symptoms compared to those who did not take cold baths. Cold temperature exposure for as little as 2-3 minutes a day, changes the way the body reacts to anxiety. The mental benefits of cold water therapy are so beneficial that participants continued to experience improvements even after they stopped taking cold baths.
