Affirmations are positive
words or statements used to motivate and affirm things about oneself. “Happiness flows through my thoughts and my life.” |
There is
a direct connection between gratitude and areas of the brain associated with
stress reduction. Another benefit of grateful mindset is resilience because
it helps with coping mechanisms and positivity. |
Creating
a daily routine can have a huge positive impact on your day-to-day life. This
is especially crucial for college students because there are several
responsibilities to keep up with. |
