NO Gym, No Problem |
|
Quarantine... most of us are stuck at
home, and it can be hard to even get a decent workout in. I would like to share
with you the different ways we can all stay in shape while the gyms are
closed. My solution to this problem that we have is to do bodyweight
exercises. What is that? This is where you use your own weight to workout.
Examples are pushups, sit-ups, pullups, or squats. Let’s say you want to work
out your chest and triceps. A beginner can start by doing knee pushups, then
advance to regular pushups, then elevated pushups. Once you master pushups,
you can move on to dips. You can use chairs or a dip bar, around $50. ü I also have a quick 15min workout that you can try for yourself, and I promise this will get your heart pumping. If your goal is just to stay fit or lose a few pounds; this is perfect for you. Click on the picture below, and it will take you straight to the timer to get you going. |

Not
only will you save money by working out at home, but
it is also safer to workout at home
because you can avoid crowds. v
Another
benefit is that you will have a lot more time on your
hands, and you don’t even need to ever
go back to the gym. v
You
will learn more about your body, because you will need to
rely on yourself instead of a
machine. The information presented here is
