Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup (Pho)

 

2023 can be said to be a rather volatile year after the Covid19 pandemic. There are many areas of e-commerce and private businesses that have had to close down. It can be said that part of the reason is that they do not know how to develop products as well as deploy online buying and selling through social networking sites. Besides, there are many forms of online sales advertising but not really effective. E-commerce plays an important role in developing as well as shaping the brand of a business or company. Building and developing a website is one of the most popular forms of business today. Through the Internet I want to share Vietnamese food with everyone. Vietnam is known as one of the leading culinary destinations in Asia. Cuisine is an important factor to create quality as well as brand to attract tourists.

 

Origin of Pho: Pho is said to have appeared in the early 20th century. There are many theories about the deep origin of Pho and one thing is for sure that Pho originated in the North of Vietnam. This dish then entered the central and southern regions in the mid-1950s.

Beef noodle soup is a familiar and close dish to Vietnamese people. This dish is stewed from beef bones with spices such as cinnamon, anise, cardamom... Cold beef will be marinated with ginger to make the dish more balanced. To cook beef noodle is not difficult, but to cook deliciously and properly, that is the secret of each restaurant. The combination of Pho, meat, vegetables and sauce makes the dish rich and irresistible. Pho is associated with the soul of every Vietnamese person and is also a dish that many international tourists want to experience. The noodles and usage are unlike any other noodles in the world and that creates a certain position in the list of world cuisine.

Not only do I introduce Pho as a typical dish of Vietnamese people, but I also convey to tourists about the quintessence of Vietnamese culture and people. Pho is now present in over 50 countries and different territories. Many tourists have come to Vietnam and have the opportunity to try this dish, including former US president Bill Clinton. For more than 15 years with the land where I was born and raised, I believe that Pho always has a culinary value that many Vietnamese people want to stick with. It is a mark and memory of Vietnam for those living far from their homeland. I believe that if tourists can eat delicious bowls of pho, they will bring back good memories of Vietnamese cuisine. I would like to recommend Vietnamese restaurants in Sacramento that you can visit to enjoy this dish.
