MIS101 DB Project

Project Summary:

Our project is a simulation of running a dispensary. We have under 100 clients from 4 different states. These clients are either constant visitors or customers who need to renew their medical use cards. We keep a small collection of options to choose from so inventory is easy to keep track of.

Relationship Report

Client List Report (You have to look at this in two page view)

A collection of names, addresses, visitation plans, and wether or not their medical card has expired.

Recomendation Renewal

A collection of the clients who have not visited this year because their medical card has expired.
