BENEFITS AND IMPORTANCE OF PLAYING TENNIS
Why
Play Tennis? A person’s wellness is crucial to how they perform their
tasks daily, and without the necessary consumptions of healthy food,
exercise, and mental destress, it can have negative effect on a person in the
long term. Personally, tennis has been my favorite and major sport. It has
helped me stay healthy and active, injury-free, eating healthier, escape
daily stress, and meet many new friends. When it comes to tennis, it can also
help with cardio training, improve hand-eye coordination, and cognitive
activity. The complications with not getting enough exercise and proper
nutrients can have significant harm to individuals in the future. The
struggle with college student balancing between school, work, and life are an
issue we can all relate to. Tennis can help you live a healthier and
stress-free life! I am here to
address this problem by introducing to you how playing tennis can have health
benefits and minimize stress/anxiety as while learning a new sport that can
improve your wellness effectively and a new hobby! |
