For most of us, we have never experienced something like this in our life. It is important to realize that you are not the only one going through this! Here are some helpful resources to improve your mental health during quarantine:

 

Calm: Take your mind off the outside world and relax! As they say, “Stress less, Live better”

 

Zoom: Yes, I know this is an obvious one, but it is very valuable. From business conferences to friendly conversations, you can do it all with zoom. Most importantly, it gives you much needed social interaction!

How Can Physical Distancing Help?

 

Physical distancing is a preventive measure to slow the spread of a contagious disease. To accomplish this goal, people must keep at least six feet away from others and avoid gathering in large groups. Additionally, if one must go out in public, they must take necessary measures in order to stay safe. These measures include wearing a mask, washing your hands regularly, and avoid touching your eyes/face.

 

EVERYONE is equally responsible to physically distance themselves from others during the pandemic. To effectively defeat this virus and save countless lives, we must continue to stay home. The sooner we all comply to physical distancing guidelines the faster we can go back to live as we know it!
