Looks like moss is growing on the side of the bad printer on the left. You can also notice the top of the square does not seem to be as clean compared side by side. The two on the blue tape is just from the bad printer.

I hate to have to write again but we had a problem with our first printer that was only partially solved. We ended up getting a second printer while trying to fix the first one. We had to replace the XYZ harness cable to the motors. That got us semi working again but the printer is still having trouble with circles and squares. The weird thing is that triangles and hexagons seem to have only minimal but noticeable problems but acceptable until now. Doing more with circles and squares and the output is unacceptable.

Odd noises come from the printer while printing mostly clicking sounds. We made videos to help solve the issue.
Video1 Shaking_at_startup - This happens a few times. Restart works eventually.
