What is Depression?

Depression is a very common metal illness that affects how a person feels, acts, thinks, and behaves in a negative manner. It causes a persistent feeling of sadness and may cause someone to feel lonely, uninterested, distanced, etc.

How does Diet effect Depression?

Although there are many factors that contribute to depressive disorder, poor diet is a main root cause. An imbalanced, unhealthy diet creates a deficiency in key nutrients such as Vitamin D, B6, B12, and Omega-3, etc. that work to keep our mind and body healthy and happy.

§  B Vitamins

§  Protein

§  Chromium
