- On 5.4, you want to explore which polynomials \(p(x)\in \mathbb{Q}[x]\) have a multiplicative inverse in \(\mathbb{Q}[x]\), so you want to understand for which polynomials the equation \(p(x)q(x) = 1\) could be true. Think about the polynomial degree of both sides.
