Step 1 Design

Step 2 Save
Save the poster as your Sac State username in its original file format and as a PDF on a flash drive. If you do not have a flash drive, have a way to access the files when you submit your files for printing.
When saving check to ensure:
- Poster has .5 in margins
- Poster does not exceed 42X48in,
- Poster does not have a dark background color
Step 3 Submit
Bring your files to the STC in AIRC 3007. In the STC you will fill out a poster printing form and we will review your poster for any errors that may occur in the printing process. We also require that you present proof (assignment, syllabus, or note from professor) that your poster is assignment related. We will not accept posters via email.
Step 4 Pick Up
Your poster will be ready after three business days. You will be notified through your Sac State email when your poster is ready to pick up. Use the chart below to find when your poster is going to be ready.
Note: One poster per student per assignment per semester

*STC closes at 2:00pm on Fridays, posters will be available for pickup after 1:00pm.
